I'm telling you we are dealing with a very very smart people. They are just buying a business to lose money..
They do a real good DD before putting their money! They know this one has a good potential and a big money to make. And they don't want to spend too much time to build a business!
They just take over and make real fast quick turn and sell it to some other entity than move to another one!
This is truly win win for both this firm and investors!
