c) Tom Sims, currently employed as Vice President of Sales for Hannover House, Inc., and Executive Vice President of Medallion Releasing, Inc., has agreed to join the Board of Directors for Hannover House, Inc., effective upon the Company’s full registration and acceptance as a fully-reporting Issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission and the effective date upon which Sims is added as an additionally named, covered party of
the Officers and Director’s Liability Insurance. As of 12-31-2014, and continuing through the date of this filing, Sims is not a shareholder in the Company.
