The SEC has documents from 54 witnesses, issued nearly 80 investigative subpoenas and document requests. Treaty has got nothing... I doubt the delinquent filings could help Treaty at this point even if they were filed. Treaty is withholding the filings because they will not be of any help and would actually incriminate them all. All the stuff the last year about getting filings up to date has been Bullshit...
