Based on the numbers I'm seeing on that conditional contract... 8.50 is very low with a 47mil share float. 5billion dollars ought to push the price over $20 a share as 5bil divided by 47 mil is a bit over $100 per share... not saying we'll actually go that high... just saying that the numbers indicate that, provided the contract stays in force, 8.50 is very easily reachable.
