I've posted facts on both sides of this but I would sit there and act like a 3.5billion AS raise is a good thing. Cause it never is...

You have a Acquisition lined up? fine raise the AS when you are in negotiations... It's not like you need a shareholders vote he can do what he wants...

This AS raise is for conversion...and the amount he added tells the tale...
