The point of putting out a PR is to make it available to the largest number of people possible. In the past the company used Market Wire to distribute its PRs. Those PRs showed up on Yahoo, TheStreet.com, and elsewhere. Why the sudden change to M2 PressWire?

For the sake of argument, anyone can put out a PR. They don't ask you for bona fides.

And didn't the company that actually is a partner of Energomash deny any connection to KSWJ?
