Are others as puzzled as I am by the private placement capital raise? ANY gets $4.1 million, an amount that seems to me to be inadequate to support the expected growth, or even just survival, of the company. So, a blunder, an inadequate amount? Not really likely. This management team has not made that kind of mistake so far. Instead management seems to have been thinking one or two moves ahead.

So, did management just do a small placement and figure they would do more in the future as needed? OR, did management figure that the share price would be going up in the near future, leading to better terms? OR did management plan on a significant "up front" advance payment on a deal to be disclosed in the future that would handle liquidity needs? OR, does management expect to handle liquidity needs out of near term cash vastly improved near term cash flow? OR does management expect a near term sale of all or part of ANY to meet capital needs?

II am sure I expect one of these alternatives more than another, although it looks to me that the advance payment scenario is the bet from the point of view of ANY. Sure is interesting to contemplate.
