Makes one wonder about regulatory agencies doesn't it!? This is why I am saying we are going to see one of two things - either the extent of the fraud is going to shock everyone and the shorts will be on the run from the DOJ, OR they are going to slip/slime their way out of this and we'll all be wondering how the hell they did it.

I think there is a huge counterfeit share problem, the funds/institutions know it, and they are staying away in droves until it is resolved.

The only other current share price explanation is that the next 3 waves in this business are so complex and misunderstood for the average fund/investor, that ANY's position is not even on anyone's radar still. This then of course means that bottom line will be all that will get us the attention we crave, and that won't start until Nov 15th, with maybe a blip up in June.

How can a senior Microsoft "evangelist" state publicly that Sphere 3D will be "our most important partner going forward", and there is little to no reaction in the ANY share price??? Are you kidding me?? That to me has been the hands down biggest surprise of this past week.
