netTALK TV is tested and reviewed here. The production release works with Firefox and has good support for a number of platforms. As the time of this video, netTALK hasn't put a price on the service, so here's a great opportunity to try it out for free. The quality seems pretty good. Sound is clear. Video is smooth.
