Phil you respond to shareholders, but don't communicate anything about business...that's what we want and need. Now I know you can't for legal reasons. But your responses don't count as company communication with shareholders.

Also the comment you responded to about accusations on a certain persons twitter had nothing to do with you or your twitter...
