LOL BS quote, "All of an Institutional's accumulation of shares is done on the quiet to get the lowest PPS and least cost for their investment. For an Institutional to go public, when they do not have to, would drive up the PPS and be exactly what the Institution does NOT want."

What? Huh? So when institutional investors like BUFFET or CARL ICAHN (BILLIONAIRES) go public that they are taking a major stake in company XYX (often including a board seat) - it's cause you know, the myth that they do it "in secret" and all? Really?

And stocks/companies like Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc that have like 60% to 90% true "institutional" (as in managed fund) ownership of their shares- it's some highly kept "secret" and their share priced really didn't appreciate 1000 fold or more? Really?

Total BS nonsense. There is no major "institutional accumulation" taking place in this stock, OCAT- it's a myth. HOW did the price sink like a rock from $7.50 only about 20 days ago, to a low of barely $6, to now under $7 if large net buying was supposedly taking place? It's impossible.

Pull up a THREE YEAR CHART- this stock is FLAT, total DEAD MONEY for 3 plus years- it's gone nowhere fast, in the great bio-tech bull market in probably world history. There's no "net buying"- nothing about the share price proves that to be true, not even close. The open short interest is more shares than have supposedly been "bought" (which is not even what a simple Form 13 filing necessarily even means, let alone that some "institution" bought and is going to go long and hold the shares). Total nonsense.
