Benedetto Fuschino | President & CEO
In the early 1980's, Benedetto studied Business, Political Science and Economics at the University of Western Ontario, as well as Marketing and Communications at the University of Windsor. He held the position of Manager of Personal Banking at the Royal Bank of Canada in which he supervised a staff of 20 employees as well as being responsible for overall branch performance.
Benedetto then, in the first half of the 1990's, worked at the President of Herakles Holdings Inc. where he focused on management consulting. Also while at Herakles Holdings, he prepared business plans and company assessments, provided financial consulting to individuals and corporations as well as setup and coordinated management presentation workshops.
Today, as well as his station at Michigan Gold Mining Investments Inc., Benedetto is the regional sales manager at Hyd-Mech Group Limited where he manages a largely diverse territory of the Northeastern U.S., Europe, Mexico, Asia and the Middle East. Some accomplishments to his credit include designing, structuring and implementing sales and marketing tactics within his large territory, negotiating a joint venture deal with a European company for equity investment and increased product breadth, and negotiated exclusive rights for new products to North American market that increased sales by 10%.
Peter D'Jay | Director
Peter D’Jay earned a B.A in Environmental Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder campus in 1984. After receiving his degree he went to work for Mass Merchandising as a sales manager, opening two successful branch offices in Seattle, Washington and Boulder, Colorado. In 1991 Peter began to invest in Colorado real estate while continuing his education. He received his Elementary Education Teacher Certification in 1994. Through the 1990s Peter taught part time and developed a portfolio of rental properties. Peter’s focus in real estate was to purchase and renovate distressed properties. These properties were then resold or held as rentals to provide housing to low-income families through state and federal housing assistance programs. In the late 90s to present Peter has used his networking skills and his real estate contacts to facilitate the development of commercial real estate projects. He has participated in the ownership and development of Peakview Apartments, Lafayette, Colorado; Borchert Pointe Development LLC, Evans, Colorado; and several projects in the redevelopment of Lowry Air Force Base, Denver, Colorado. Peter has taken this same set of networking skills and brought it to the corporate world. Peter consults with and invests in small companies, adding value with his innovative ideas, strategies, and through his network of contacts. Peter has worked with Correct Action International Inc., JPIA Inc., Magic Portrait LLC, and Environmental Conservation Technologies Inc. Peter is the manager of D’Jay Investments LLC and Responsible Dog LLC, a pet accessory company.
Peter has sat on the Board of Directors of I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County, been a Big Brother to two young men through Big Brothers of America with which he was awarded Colorado Big Brother of the Year in 1994, Firefighter for Left Hand Fire Protection District, and is currently working with Community Food Share of Boulder County and Eco-Cycle.

Frank L. Marcantonio | Secretary & Treasurer
Mr. Marcantonio’s professional background in Real Estate Sales, Brokerage, Management and Promotion, encompasses 34 years. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Marcantonio graduated from Boston University, Boston, Massachusetts with a B.S. in Education with graduate studies at New York University and Columbia University in New York City.
Mr. Marcantonio held Chief Executive Officer positions in Egypt Lane Realty, Pondview Properties, Kirwinia Properties IES and Trobrian Properties. He was a partner with the principal owner of Consolidated Commercial Circa 1973-77, a London listed company with offices at 21 Charles Street West WI, Andrew Gordon, Principal.
Mr. Marcantonio worked for the Kasper/Staller organization, Veterans Highway, Hauppage, New York, a leading Long Island shopping developer, free standing gas station, bank, and specialty store sites. He worked in site acquisition, leasing, and land development sales from 1963-69.
Mr. Marcantonio owned the 744-room Paris Hotel at 96th Street, West End Avenue, New York, from 1973-77; the Tudor Hotel, 42nd Street, New York, from 1985-87; and the 1770 House Inn & Restaurant in East Hampton, New York.
Mr. Marcantonio co-opted the first motels on the ocean beaches of the Hampton’s converting over $25 million U.S. in sales. He obtained the first share offering in Manhattan, The Tudor Hotel, a $105 million plan; he was retained to market time shares for the Park-Omni Hotel at 56th Street and 7Th Avenue in New York City in 1996. He has bought, sold, and brokered land, commercial property, commercial hotels, and co-ops, etc.
From 1996 to the present Mr. Marcantonio has operated his own brokerage firm in Sag Harbor, New York, presently consulting on two large right-to-use programs in the towns of Southampton and East Hampton.
Mr. Marcantonio has lived in the United Kingdom on and off since 1969 with residences at 55 Park Lane, 90 Eaton Place, 3 Warwick Square, and Harrington Gardens. He has business contacts of over 20 years with the leading public financial institutions, private lenders and merchant banks, individual investors, and associations with leading solicitors and chartered accounts, in the United Kingdom and the continent. Mr. Marcantonio,a World War Two veteran in the Pacific Theatre serving the 158th Regimental Combat Team , has written a memoir of his war time experiences, “ A Soldier’s Story”.
