Yes, I agree with you

DRGV forgot to file paper works to extend 10Q / 10K.

I mention this to skichic, this company is from China and the don't understand and follow the guidelines of the US business structure.

DRGV is not really late, they have couple weeks, they have to submit their 10Q / 10K before the deadline.

If they don't submit before the deadline then that will big trouble.

There will be penalties & heavy fines on them and on the otc market it will show STOP.

This will definitely hurt shareholders.

No amount of money can make up shareholders lost
