Did you not claim there was continued financing? Where's the verifiable link? There is none. I see no Form D amendment detailing this progress.

Did you not claim there is increasing share buying? The trading data reported to the market showed 11M shares dumped on 04-May. Since then volume hasn't even added up to 11M, much less increased from 11M daily.

Your first claim can not be validated. Your second is bogus, based on the market data.
