Presuming that national laws aren't restricting the sale of ecigs in those countries, my guess would be that Egypt and South Africa both may work out. Those 2 countries in particular are more affluent, and Mansour has a VERY strong presence in Egypt. I agree 100% that the poorer countries are likely not viable though.
