THEY HAVE NO MONEY to buyback shares, have always lost money, and are only still in operation because they dump shares on unsuspecting investors.
50 cents per share? a 2 billion market cap with the 4 billion or so shares out? Not gonna happen.
Market cap is too high at $0.0001 per share with this dilution pump/dump nightmare.

They can't buy back shares with proceeds from their dilutive share issuance (it is illegal).

Please let us know if there were any "FACTS" in that message. I sure couln't find a signle one, IMO.
