R/S ALWAYS Bad: Why?
In majority of cases; stock goes down on announcement; and usually after the split.
It basically says the Co. couldn't cut it with current share structure.
Even though, Co. will have 7 Mill. outstanding after split; they are sure to issue more shares for further financing and dilution at after split prices.
Even though Co. has intention for a higher exchange; doesn't mean they will get on or stay on; or that Companies don't go to pennies on higher exchanges.
I would bail and salvage at the 5 cent range IMO; and maybe look at this Company again after the split;
In general anyhow; dollar stocks are more difficult to double and triple than pennies.
Sorry, but this Co. penny game seems to be over for now.
