No it isn't. I see no Form D amendment indicating an increase in financing. There's no verifiable evidence ANY financing is proceeding.

No it isn't. One has the recent affiliate dumping 4M in stock, with wash trades supporting the illusion of volume. The total volume from 05-May till now, doesn't equal the volume traded (dumped) on 04-May. No progressive increasing daily volume since 04-May.

BAYP needs the ole paid P&D trick to sucker more retail in.
