Look at the chart... It's says "going up" not going down. I know GSA contracts because in another life that was my whole client list. And Uncle Sam pays bills on time and these contracts snowball because the vetting process is so rigorous and it's much easy to give more of these contracts to companies like evsv that are already approved.
