offering of Common and/or Preferred stock will keep us afloat.

We also still have some other offerings that have not been used up like about 700,000 Preferred shares at $25 left.

I also think that any buy-out figures should be divided by 325 million shares.

Bottom line to me is 99.4% of our future rests with Phase III results.

Everything else is just nickles and dimes.
