Drano, don't take this personally; but, I think your post deserves a vetting. Our disagreements are more in the semantics than the substance.

Here goes. Your Post (with points to follow):

Yes, reverse splits and uplisting have caused problems for some companies (Point 1) -- but there was NO reason to start claiming (when the stock was still well above 3) that a reverse split was "on the table" -- especially given that the CEO was on record as saying NO reverse split would happen.

(Point 2) Fear, uncertainty, doubt -- that was the reason for bringing up a non-event that was never in the cards -- simply mentioned to scare off people from buying shares.

Point 1
:

I don't read all posts, but I don't recall any that fits your description of, "(when the stock was still well above 3) that a reverse split was "on the table". Surely, some speculated on the possibility, but not "on the table". To be fair, there is always a possibility; even if slight. Again, I don't read all posts, and I may have missed this. Regardless, this has never been a persistent accusation or theme, and not the only or main reason for the decline in price.

Leo was on the record of no reverse split last year, during up listing discussions--then. That was last year, and not timely. I am glad Leo is again on the record in a timely fashion.

I actually do not know why Leo chose to address the issues of a reverse split or shorts and reverse splits. But, I am glad he did. He must have felt it to be an important issue.

Point 2:

I believe you believe the subject should be a non issue. Unfortunately you are not everyone, and there are probably many to which it was a potential issue. Probably, factored into some investment choices, by some, too. Now, it is a non issue.

We know how shorts work, and should not be surprised that they may try to use any and all points, relevant or not, to stir negative emotions. They will use the "spaghetti theory". Throw spaghetti against the wall, and hope some sticks.
