The only trading volume that occurs is when converted notes are diluted, along with some wash trading IMO. Then that brief activity generates a little flipper interest who buy a few "lunch money " shares. Nothing else.

NO one else is buying. People are just waiting for that one chance, if really good news hit, to get out!
