EDIGITAL has a long and tawdry history
of rewarding their "friends," "relatives" and "investors," with very favorable private deals and stock options at the expense of their faithful shareholders, IMO.

As a friend and former shareholder wrote recently.... "A striking example is the contract awarded to Falk issuing him a disproportionate bonus and shares as well as a boat-load of options (many that he never exercised) while business floundered. It allowed Falk to make his famous "sale" while still having plenty of coin in the kitty."
