It appears that way, and why would they dilute if they are about to release "huge merger" news? Why wouldn't they dilute after the news when the price is much higher?


Well, first of all, will there be "huge" merger news? Just because they said so in a PR doesn't mean it is true! Look at the facts...you currently have an equity value of $150,000 on the known 500M shares. Peeps are throwing out names like Whole Foods, etc., LMAO. AHFD's value is chump change to those big companies. If they really wanted the product formulas, they would BUY them and then be done with it...AHFD has nothing else to bring to the table!!
There is a small private company that actually developed the energy bar formulas, their female CEO was on AHFD's board last year. They may have decided to go public and merge with AHFD as a cheaper way to do it. griff did alot of DD on this option.
