True, typically an embedded options doesn't change the value much. I don't know exactly what this was for, could even be a positive for the company if it was an option for them to call when they wanted, I wouldn't bet on positive though. But even an option for the holder to call shouldn't change value much. Although we don't know, pps has dropped a lot, still doubt it's as big a deal as people think.
