Arch: Are LOIs issued cold? It seems to me, without knowing, that before a company would issue a letter of intent, they would have approached the recieving company and at least asked if they were interested. If not, you would be spinning your wheels throwing these offers around. Although, fluff until accepted and acted on, they must have some basis --- and someway to be factored into "value" or "worth". I agree that I think these lease holders see the technology and may actually be approaching BIGN. Thus the LOIs. Maybe I am in left field, but I can't see BIGN talking anyone into something that doesn't produce profit to the reciever. Fix my thinking Arch.
