The thing that concerns me from the 10Q is we now have two CFOs and two CEOs who each claim to be the principal officer. The only thing they seem to agree on is the fact they aren't sure if this company is Seratosa Inc or SITOA Global.
This is also a major concern because of the return of James Wang, who we thought had no relationship with Brent Suen. Remember how critical Brent was of his predecessor? James is the one who sold all the toxic debt to Asher and Magna. Considering how many times the 10Q repeated the company needs financing, I think we see a repeat of other things as well.
