"Updates: First off, happy Labor Day weekend. It seems my wife, Jenna, is taking things a bit too literally and she has gone into labor today. So good thing I'm back in time from the trip, but still not fully recovered from lack of sleep from the trip and now unlikely to get a good night's sleep for the foreseeable future.
So here are a list of updates on business side of things.
Distribution now appears to be fully in place and we will make a formal announcement in the next week or so regarding all particulars once everyone signs off. But things are proceeding at full tilt for the GSL launch smoothly now. There are minor points to work out with the bags for TRU and that's being handled between our printer and their supply division shortly.
We met with several advertisers who we hope to announce soon. Some interesting opportunities may even develop outside of simple advertising and we will pursue those avenues as well.
We have a firm lock on ad sales side and that critical division is well in hand. Several exciting things in the works we hope to reveal soon.
We finalized one new product as well and are formalizing the contract now. Will try to get sign off for a PR on this next week if possible.
Hulu revenue we have requested and are told we will know shortly. We will keep apprised when we know.
We have notice that the JNH books will land soon in LA and will let everyone know.
First Q seems to be about done and second should follow soon after.
The good news will be that with baby being born, travel plans will also be easier and much less stressful for the myriad meetings we need on both coasts."
