Interesting statement, as when I inquired about that this week, I found there is no contamination at the JFK site , and the routine DEP open incoident is from a mini spill (not on property) from 1991.

A typical facility like this has 100 such open incidents that are routinely closed with minor tests.The past Phase 1 and 2 showed nothing toxic. They still need to do some hand auger soil testing in other areas.
