jq - The diarrhea rate was around 12% for the 9mg group in the previous trial. The rate for the 1mg and 3mg group was around 8%. There was no 6mg arm so there are decent odds it will be below 12% and could be as low as 8%.

Everyone seems solely focused on the diarrhea rate. Is it reasonable to speculate the low drop out rate and superior patient satisfaction in the previous trial were indications the drug might be better tolerated in more ways than just the lower diarrhea rate?

From the patient reports I have read, it appears a lot of patients either can't tolerate Linzess well or altogether. Many either give up or do not use it as prescribed. Do you think Synergy's drug probably has enough differentation to warrant a higher valuation than postulated in the video?
