Many folks amended their Tax returns, it means nothing. I will point you 10 stocks in OTC where they have amended their filings at a later point.
The point is

Did they materially benefit from mis-stating the facts?.
No
Was their any insider selling?
None

Then there is no question of suspension. Anyway can correct their returns.

As Dror has pointed out, it is a small change related to Total-liablity, nothing to do with Revenue or COGS or any such thing.

It will impact the debt, but won't affect anything else as much.

I don't it will get suspended.
