I had initially thought that an agreement with coo would be made and announced "within days" however, I now think, the agreement will be made within days but not announced until the next quarter filings.
This is just my opinion after rereading the tweets.
Are either companies required to announce agreements in a certain amount of time to their shareholders?

If this goes south of .05, I will be adding yet again.
