he best idea I had was to get that 2002 IRS refund back of money paid to them, but because of a statute of limitation, the IRS would not credit the money back to us.....gosh I thought that was actually brilliant. who cares....this shell is active, and I am trying to revive this, and I will succeed. we don't need a SUNBIZ.ORG refresher....I already froze any OS increase without a 51% majority rule to an article of incorporation amendment.....we have 51%.....
