Michael W. Walczak, 52, of Zephyr Lane in Saratoga Springs was charged Dec. 15 with third-degree criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor stemming from a warrant in relation to a November case in which he allegedly entered a residence in Jefferson Terrace that he had been told to stay away from due to a prior domestic incident.
