I agree completely. This is going to end in one of two ways - we are going to be stunned at the extent of the fraud when it is finally revealed OR we are going to be scratching our heads at how they managed to extricate themselves from this position. I don't think there is going to be any middle ground on this one. It all boils down to exactly how many shares are short, which the transfer agent or the Nasdaq has been unable or unwilling to expose. We know there are close to 2 million legal on the Nasdaq right now, with possibly another 2-3 million from the TSX. Knowing how tightly held the real available float has become, where are those shares going to come from?? Most of the longs are not going to be selling under $20 I estimate, so how is this going to happen exactly? They have between now and Nov 15th to quietly cover what they can, but they have been doing the exact opposite. Stay tuned.....
