I don't think you refinance and get new UK investors to be dormant. This company has plans, with or without the De Novo. The European market may be first, but make no mistake, this company is alive and well. If they get the FDA's blessing it skyrockets. If not it still has backing to continue. They are working with the University of Washington, and have promising results. This should sway in their favor. Good luck and good trading.
