that's totally not true. rtc has been in default since feb 5th, yet he didn't resign as director then. so apparently, nobody thought it was a conflict of interest for the past 3 1/2 months. and that's a fact.
the only conflict of interest would be if rtc sues uspr for their shares. that would be a conflict. at that point, he should resign. maybe him resigning now is an indication that rtc is going to file a lawsuit. and wouldn't that be interesting. the ex-ceo and largest shareholder suing his ex company for more shares.
