There's no need for disclosure of settlement terms.

Any settlement is between Eyetalk365 and Alarm Force. And Eyetalk365 is under no obligation to disclose those terms.

Bit IF Eyetalk365 has received any thing from Alarm Force they owe REVO 40%. And REVO must show that income.

Let's see what (if anything) is reported in the delayed 10-Q.

No-one's asking for details of the settlement terms. Just confirmation of how much (if anything) Eyetalk365 now owes to REVO.
