Good God!! Anyone Read That HORRIBLE 10Q???????

I mean anyone???!!!

It is AWFUL!!!!

"Total
purchase price for the property is $2,250,000, which Medican expects to pay through a combination of mortgage debt and an $850,000
convertible promissory note secured by the property."


They have so many loans and so many notes outstanding that they will NEVER be able to pay back!!! EVER

Unless of course they just keep dumping shares to all the uninformed here that keep buying them blinding having NO idea of the financial LOSS that befalls them later on!!!!

WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! They are in BIG trouble!
