BB thank you for the birthday wish. I lived in Dallas when Steve passed. A real gentleman. Genes calmed down since he married the judge. He hit another home run with his Daughers Liberty Burgers. Maybe something soon with Chicken.
I'm sure you know. Cool river was not Genes idea, That gentleman went on to open some great restaurants. To be on point. Cool river in Irving had some problems when first open. Liquor sales where out of line with food sales. Cool river started off slow in Denver. Let's hope Red House does as well as Pho, who seems to found a nich market on the toll road with a lot of competition. Just doing some DD
My favorite when home for lunch is my friends Hedda, Bristro 31. Her partner wanted to open another location in Southlake.
