perhaps you should limit your comments to something you understand better than most of us here, namely lawsuits, rather than commenting on the various aspects of Adaptive's financing and settlement agreements, as well as its current operations. I think you'll find out that the two-year old playbook that you're wont to refer to is sorely out of date, at least that's the way I see it !!!
