JPM is obligated to ratify the LTW Agreements now that the Court has confirmed it is the owner of the Anchor Award and the new Successor.
Under the LTW Agreements JPM would be able to pay us in JPM stock if it so chose - which would amount to about 6-7 Million shares - if the payout to LTW Holders was $ 400 Million. This is a drop in a bucket of 3.71 Billion O/S of JPM and would in no way impact JPM's stock price.
If a law suit is commenced against JPM I think the LTW Holders should include accepting JPM stock in any settlement talk - which would be much more agreeable to JPM than paying out cash.
