Pat- see OPXA for how they structured and executed the sale of shares and warrents to shareholders. Plenty of companies do it when they have a loyal shareholder base. Sadly, that asset, that LOYAL shareholder base is being ignored by this mgt. team. And this certainly is a topic germain to all shareholders. As is quiet and seeming inept management.

Are you still OUT of the stock looking to re-enter? This would be the ideal door to re-enter through.

Shareholders are being dismissed and ignored and how THAT can possibly help the stock, I cannot imagine...they have reserved some 74M shares to pay out Plat. and it seems to be the route they intend to take. IF PLAT took 4 years to distribute some 45M shares, well you can see where this MAY be heading...what I cannot believe is why shareholders are NOT more activated...good topic for the board to kick back and forth!
