I do not agree with your Toll Road assessment and I thought it best to provide examples and explain why the Toll Road shouldn't be singled out. Other areas of Dallas and Tarrant county have comparable closing percentages imo. How is Gene anyway. You know that Steve Hartnett passed away a few years ago. Good guy and a Colleyville native. What was that, CRO? Cool River among others. I'm not so dumm either.
