You really think the company should dump shares? Who do you think would buy them? And you are the one calling someone else dumb? No wonder you failed as CEO. You never paid a cent to IRS, then you criticize management for not diluting the crap out of the company. If that is all it would take, why didn't you do it when you had the presumed ability to do the same? I guess you are calling yourself dumb as well.

You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring on prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift the wage earner up by pulling the wage payer down.
