Rock/deals, you keep trying to convince us but......

There will not be any buyout/merger.

About the only thing Maza can do now is pick up the phone if and when someone calls to say that the research status of one of the technologies/patents has changed.

EVERYTHING else regarding the scientific work is in the hands of other companies.

ILNS is just a conduit now for passing the info from research sites to the people that bought the licenses.

There really is no future for ILNS except to get paid for the patents, pay off the huge debts they have incurred and then either dissolve or fade away to nothingness...

Say Shire pays the "up to $120 million" in milestone payments. We have over $90 million in debt and obligations. Once the preferred stockholders take their cut, the commons will be left at a loss. At least I will be able to claim it on my taxes.

Out of all the investments I have made in my life, this has been the biggest loser (as a percentage over 99%) And I have only ever lost on one other stock so this looks REALLY bad.

All we can do is wait, because there is no real hope anymore.
