I propose an alternative explanation; that KK or one of his insiders takes on new monikers for these boards to promote the hope and blindness necessary to continue to use GERS as a personal bank to the tune of $130,000,000. His last maneuver, to convert from common to preferred to protect his cash cow just before the R/S was announced must come close to violating SEC rules requiring fiduciary responsibility to common shareholders. If you follow my thesis to its conclusion then the Skunk must also be in on this subterfuge. Who the heck follows, in this high-level detail and blogs about, a sub-penny stock so carefully for ten years, and ONLY this stock?
