The accounting firm specializes in small- and mid-size public companies, providing audits and reviews of compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The CPA firm is registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Sherb & Company has commenced its audit of ADNL. Upon completion of the audits, the company will prepare and submit a registration statement to the SEC. Adrenaline Nation Entertainment's overall goals are to begin fully reporting to the SEC and to move the company to a major exchange.
