So you're suddenly back; and with questions no less.

Well let me ask YOU a question:

If YOU had spent $7,500.00 to buy the so-called "assets" of HIPP Cricket, would you have done so while totally IGNORING its other $37,975,000.00 of assets ... assets that you could never ever get your hands on UNLESS and until any new company that you created just so happened to have at least 50.1% of old Hipp Cricket's shareholder base?

I think not!

So for me ... the jury's still out on this so-called "Plan of Reorganization".
