OOPS! Darn bear forgot!

May 20 marked the THIRTY FIFTH day after the expiration of the grace period for filing with the SEC but STILL NO 10-K from CTTC!

Gosh! You don't reckon Conrad (aka "Bullteat") got the 10-K mixed in with those GSA contracts he promised to deliver over SIX MONTHS ago, do ya? Maybe we should call that Zacks analyst and see if he has any insight on the situation!
